This is an application for modification of Condition No.2(i) imposed upon the applicant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi by its order dated 26.10.2017 while granting pre-arrest bail. By the said condition the applicant was directed to attend the Kurar Police Station on every first Sunday of every month between 10.30a.m. to 2.30p.m. till conclusion of trial.

40-appln. 251-18 taking into consideration the gravity of the offence and the serious allegations against the applicant has imposed the said condition. I find no reason to interfere with the said order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the Trial Court. 2.
