The petition is filed for expeditious hearing of CC No.843/N/2007 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, 68th Court at Borivali. When we raised a query to learned counsel for the petitioner whether the petitioner has made an application before the concerned Magistrate for expeditious hearing of the said case, learned counsel answered in affirmative. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in this petition. Suffice it to direct the learned Magistrate to consider the petitioner's application and dispose of the same expeditiously and as early as possible.
