Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel Mr. Vinod Joshi for Union of India and learned APP for the State. 2) Applicant has filed present application with a limited prayer to relax the condition of bail and allow him to visit Pune on 06/06/2015 & 07/05/2015 to attend the marriage of daughter of his close relative which is scheduled to take place on 07/06/2015. Applicant has produced on record the xerox copy of the wedding card.

3) Learned counsel for Union of India submits that request may be granted, provided the applicant shall not contact any prosecution witnesses and abide all other conditions as imposed by this Court, while

4) Having regard to the submissions advanced, following order is passed.

O R D E R

(i) Applicant is permitted to leave city of Mumbai for a limited period i.e. on 06/06/2015 & 07/06/2015 to visit Pune to attend the marriage of his close relative.

(ii) During the stay of applicant at Pune on 06/06/2015 & 07/06/2015, applicant shall not contact any prosecution witness and shall not commit any act which would amounts to violation of condition of bail.

(iii) Applicant shall return to Mumbai on 07/06/2015 before 12.00 midnight and attend the Court on 08/06/2015 as per the usual condition of bail.

(iv) Learned APP for the State is directed to communicate this order to Commissioner of Police, Pune.

(v) Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order. (vi) With this order and direction, application stands disposed of. ( V. L. ACHLIYA, J.) ism
