The Petition came to be filed agitating the validity and propriety of the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court directing the Petitioner to provide access of the children during the course of summer vacation since 22.05.2017 to 03.06.2017.

In view of efflux of the duration stipulated under the impugned order, the Petitioner does not want to proceed further in the present proceeding. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. 4.
