The learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions from the applicants, seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

The applicants are protected till 5 p.m. of 29th June, 2015. They shall surrender before the Court of concerned Magistrate. The learned Magistrate without, being influenced by the withdrawal of this application, shall decide the application under Section 437 of Cr.P.C. on its own merits.
