None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out today. On last occasion also, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned - Mr. Kate, PSI, Nehru Nagar Police Station who is present before the Court, stated that the petitioner is an accused in CR No.122 of 2015 as stolen property viz. LCDs are recovered from her. The petitioner has made allegations against the police officers. At the instance of petitioner who is an accused, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
