Heard Mrs. Kantharia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

The petition is filed seeking action against respondent No.1 for willful breach of the order dated 15th April, 2019 passed in the above writ petition. By the said order, we allowed the petition in terms of prayer clause (a) and also directed the respondent No.1 to attend the Office of the DRI on 22nd April, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. and co-operate with the investigation of the subject case.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the specific directions, respondent No.1 did not attend the Office of the DRI and, therefore, this petition. A grievance is also made that respondent No.1 is not answering phone calls of DRI and he has also not furnished his residential address.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submitted that respondent No.1 could not attend the Office of the DRI on 22nd April, 2019 on account of his illness. He further submitted that respondent No.1 shall attend the Office of the DRI on 6th May, 2019 at 11.00 a.m.. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. We also direct respondent No.1 to furnish his residential address and phone number to DRI during the course of the day. 5.

In the light of the above statement, we do not want to proceed further with the contempt. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
