This is an application by the applicant seeking relaxation of condition No. (vi) imposed by this Court while granting him bail vide an order dated 11th February, 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2685 of 2018 which reads thus; "(vi)The applicant shall attend nearest police station where he will reside, once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 p.m".

Learned Counsel for for the applicant submits that since last five years, the applicant has been scrupulously attending the concerned Police Station.

Learned A.P.P submits that the applicant is indeed attending the Police Station regularly.

Since the trial has already commenced, condition of attending the Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday stands relaxed, however, rest of the conditions will remain as they are and the applicant shall attend the Trial Court scrupulously on each date. 5.
