Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 23rd March, 2018, passed by this Court, in Criminal Bail Application No.2405 of 2017. She submitted that the applicant be released

2/2 prod.505.appp.579.2018.doc on permanent cash bail of Rs.15,000/- or in the alternative, time may be extended to produce the sureties.

As far the prayer for releasing the applicant on permanent cash bail, is concerned, the same is rejected. However, time to furnish the sureties, as directed by this Court, vide order dated 23rd March, 2018, is extended by a period of six weeks.

Application is allowed to the extent aforesaid and is accordingly disposed of.
