Heard Mr. Kasar, the learned Counsel for the applicant - appellant - insurer.

This is an application for stay to the impugned judgment and Award in Application No.1335 of 2015, dated 11th January, 2021, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai. 3.

In terms of order dated 23rd September, 2021, the applicant - insurer claims to have deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 4.

By a separate order in Interim Application No.3269 of 2021, the respondents - original claimants have been permitted 1/2

7-1-IA2390-21-STAY.DOC to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

In view of the above, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the Award in Application No.1335 of 2015, dated 11th January, 2021, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai, till the disposal of the appeal. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
