Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose off this petition by directing the State Election Commissioner to dispose of petitioners' application dated 14th March, 2017, a copy of which is annexed at " Exhibit A" page 11 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

Needless to mention that all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open and the Election Commissioner shall dispose of the petitioners' said application after hearing all concerned.
