Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid applications with liberty to file a fresh application before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, for cancellation of the non-bailable warrants issued by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, as against the applicant, in view of the subsequent developments. 2.

Applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If a fresh application is filed for cancellation of the nonbailable warrants issued by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, as against the applicants, in view of the subsequent developments after 29th March, 2019, the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, to decide the same, on its own merits.

It is made clear that the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 2nd May, 2019, shall continue for a period of two weeks from today, to enable the applicant to file a fresh application before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Both, the applications are disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.
