Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled amicably the matter. The learned Counsel produced a Deed of Partition dated 26.3.2018 signed by the power of attorney holders of the appellants and the respondents, namely, Shri Madhukar Sopan Khade and Shri Housrav Keru Doiphode, who are present in the Court. Their identity is verified and confirmed by the Court Sheristedar. A photocopy of the said deed of partition, which is verified by comparing with the original, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. A joint purshis signed by the appellants and the respondents and their respective

The statements made and undertaking given in the deed of partition dated 26.3.2018 are hereby accepted in terms of the conditions and contents mentioned therein.
