It has been stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that though in terms of the order passed by this Court on 28th June, 2017 an Appeal has been filed within time granted by this Court and the prayer for interim relief has also been made, but the Expert Member of the NGT was not available and therefore the Petitioners could not pray for interim order. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer has been made to extend the protection granted by this Court in the order dated 28th June, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 5663 of 2017 for a further period of two weeks.

Though the prayer has been opposed by the Respondents, but in view of the fact that no fault of the Petitioners they are likely to suffer, we extend the protection granted on 28th June, 2017 by two weeks.
