DATE : 17 OCTOBER 2023 P.C. :- This Writ Petition is filed by the resident of Navi Mumbai who resides in the locality close to Shivkrupa Society at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. This Petition was filed in the year 2014 making the grievance that the Respondent - Municipal Corporation should take steps to address the issue of Municipal Solid Waste on a public road outside Shivkrupa Society. The general directions were also sought regarding implementation of Municipal Solid Waste

19. WP 6523.14.doc (Management and Handling) Rules, 2006. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the year 2014 the Municipal Corporation has taken steps and the issue highlighted in this petition is redressed, he seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, we keep the cause open in case the same is recurred.
