After the matter was argued for some time by the Learned Counsel for the parties, the Learned Counsel Mr. Omkar Nevagi appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.3 which is the main contesting Respondent makes a statement on instructions of the Respondent Dr. Vishwas Kisan Tiwari that the said Respondent Nos.3 to 6 would not execute the impugned order pending the disposal of the Revision Application filed by the said Respondents. Statement accepted. In view of the said statement, it is not necessary to consider the impugned order on merits as the interest of the Petitioner Bank in view of the said statement BGP.

WPST-14736-15.doc 15.06.2015 is protected. The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the said statement made by Mr. Omkar Nevagi on behalf of the Respondent Nos.3 to 6. Needless to state that the Revision Application would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by the impugned order.
