For the relief to amend the date of birth in his service record, the petitioner has already approached the Central Administrative Tribunal at Nagpur. Since the petitioner has already availed the alternate remedy by filing the Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, no case is made out to entertain this petition. Further grievance of the petitioner is that the Bench at Nagpur is not functional and therefore, the matter requires to be transferred from Nagpur to Mumbai Bench. Suffice it to say that

512-wp-5667.2017.sxw for this, the petitioner has to approach before the Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal for getting the matter transferred. Hence, No case made out to entertain the Petition which is accordingly dismissed.
