Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of clause (iii) of para 5 of the order dated 22nd February 2019. The same reads thus :

"(iii) The Applicant shall report Samta Nagar Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 pm to 1.00 pm till further order." The said condition was imposed by this Court while enlarging the applicant on bail vide order dated 22nd February 2019. SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.727.19.924.doc The aforesaid application was filed within two months thereafter i.e. on 26th April 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, at this stage, the aforesaid condition is not required to be modified. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move a fresh application after six months. Application is disposed of accordingly.
