Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petition is filed seeking direction to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's report dated 16th May 2016.

Mrs. Deshmukh, on instructions, makes a statement that in pursuance of the said report of the Petitioner, the Petitioner was called and his statement was recorded. She further submitted that allegations made in the said complaint as well as statement would be examined and appropriate action would be taken and communicated to the Petitioner within a week from today. Statement accepted. 3.
