This is second application for anticipatory bail. The previous application was rejected by order dated 3rd May, 2021. The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 94 of 2021 registered with Versova Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Sections 354, 354-B, 509, 323 & 341 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the second application preferred on the ground that he has received by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

12- Aba-1553-2021.doc 354 of IPC to applicant. It is submitted that learned APP be directed to view the video in the presence of the sister of the applicant and Investigating Officer.

Learned APP submitted that investigation is in progress. The previous application is rejected by assigning reasons. The court has considered the statements of witnesses. 4.

Learned counsel for the intervenor submits that the previous application was rejected. The applicant is having criminal antecedents. He is also relying upon the video footage which shows the involvement of the applicant in the offence. 5.

On perusal of the previous order it is apparent that by assigning reasons, the application has been rejected. On the basis of the contentions put forth by learned counsel for the applicant, no case for entertaining this application in made out.
