The applicants have approached this court for grant of temporary anticipatory bail so that the applicants can approach the court in the State of Rajasthan.

The offence for which the First Information Report (FIR) is registered are punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 313, 323 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

904-ABA-918-2016.doc The perusal of the FIR itself would reveal that the FIR is the outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the applicant no.1 and his wife.

Taking into consideration nature of the allegations, I am inclined to grant temporary protection to the applicants for a period of four weeks from today.

The applicants are, therefore, directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.50 of 2016 of Mahila Thana Police Station, Jodhpur (East), Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each, with one or more surety/sureties in the like amount.
