After arguing for some time, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 3rd May 2017 passed by the Collector, Thane, in appeal before the Divisional Commissioner under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
