Heard respective Counsel. By an order dated 05/03/2015, this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) had allowed the applicant to withdraw the application for bail and had expedited the trial. This Court had directed Sessions Court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of two months from the date of order. Learned Sessions Court had sought extension of time for disposing of the case. By an order dated 18/06/2015, this Court (Coram: Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) had granted extension of time by 3 months.
2) Learned APP has filed a report on record showing that recording of substantive evidence has been conclude and that case is posted for argument on 05/08/2015. In view of this, no interference is called for. ism
2 15.1018.15 ba 3) Learned counsel appointed for the applicant vehemently submits that matter be kept after 05/08/2015, so that in the eventuality trial does not proceed on that day, applicant would be entitled to grant of bail. The submission cannot be accepted for the simple reason that trial Court has recorded the substantive evidence and would arrive at a conclusion within a short while. Learned counsel appointed for the applicant has put in the best of efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. Efforts are appreciated. Her professional fees are quantified to the tune of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to her within 3 months from today.
