This is an application received through Jail sent by the Applicant-accused for expediting trial in Sessions Case no.928 of 2013.

The learned APP submits that the trial with respect to aforesaid Sessions Case has already began and as of date nine witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. In that view of the matter, there is no need to pass directions with regard to expediting trial. In view of the above, Application is accordingly disposed of.
