1] Issue raised in these Petitions has been squarely covered by the Division Bench of this Court to which one of us (B. R. Gavai, J) was party. The issue was with regard to the Government

Resolution dated 27.02.2007.

2] The Division bench of this Court had found no merit and as such, dismissed the Petitions. The present Petitions are also, therefore, rejected for the reasons stated in the judgment and order of this Court dated 11.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.5409 of 2017 along with companion matters.

3] Needless to state that as observed in paragraph 15 of the said judgment, if any individual employee has individual grievances, such employee would not be precluded from knocking the doors of this Court.

4] In view of disposal of above Petitions, Civil Applications taken out therein are also disposed of.
