Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned G.P. submits that the authority has now taken up the documents and would pass the orders on it. It appears that subsequently, directions have been issued by respondent no.3 for the acceptance of the documents and if the documents confirm to the provision of the the Registration Act, may register it. Naturally, the respondents would pass orders with regard to the registration of the documents or otherwise, on its own merits.
