The challenge in the Petition is to the order dated 29.04.2023 passed by the learned District Judge, KhedRajgurunagar, rejecting the application fled by the Petitioners for a direction to provide necessary copies of the document and papers in the Appeal.

Respondent No. 1 was the Appellant therein had not furnished the copies of the Appeal, papers and proceedings on the ground that the Petitioners were formal parties and as such, they were not required to be served.

This Court by order dated 21.06.2023, prima facie,

10. WP 7581-2023.doc observed that the Petitioners are entitled to the copies of the proceedings, as the Petitioners were parties to the proceedings formal or otherwise.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondents submits that pending the hearing and fnal disposal of this Petition, the copies have been supplied to the Petitioners. 5.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 7.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks cost. There is no justifcation for any cost. Request is rejected.
