None appears for the applicant. Heard Mr. Kekane, learned Counsel for the respondent in both the C.R.A's.

C.R.A's were heard at length on 2nd May, 2019. After arguing the C.R.A's for quite some time, Mr. Singh sought time beyond vacation. At his request, C.R.A's were adjourned to 10th June, 2019. As no prima facie case is made out for granting ad-interim order, ad-interim order was refused.

C.R.A's were thereafter heard on 10th June, 2019. On that day, none appeared for the applicant. C.R.A's were, therefore, adjourned to 17th June, 2019 under caption 'For Dismissal". On 17th June, 2019, Ashok Kisan Pawar, applicant in person was present. He informed that Advocate S.L. Singh has sustained leg injury and, therefore, sought two weeks time. Though two weeks time was sought by the applicant, it was adjourned for a period of three weeks. It was made clear that on the next date of hearing, if Mr. Singh does not appear or nobody appears on behalf of the applicant, the Court will dismiss the C.R.A's in default. Despite this, none appears in the C.R.A's. Even the applicant is not present in the Court today. It seems that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the C.R.A's. Hence, C.R.A's are dismissed in default. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
