1] The Petition challenges the order dated 21st January 2013, vide which the Respondent No.2 has been granted permission to shift the school from Lasurne, Taluka Indapur, District Pune to Shevate, Taluka Pandharpur, District Solapur.

2] In the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and, it is categorically stated that the school of the Petitioner is having classes of 8th Std. to 10 Std., whereas the permission granted to the Respondent No.3 is for classes from 1st Std. to 7th Std. 3] In that view of the matter, we find that no interference is called for in the impugned order.
