It emerges from the reply that summons was issued to the Petitioner on 6 April 2022 prior to filing of the petition which is not mentioned in this petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition to file a fresh writ petition. 2.
Though the petition could have been dismissed on account of suppression of facts, since the bank account of the Petitioner continues to be attached and since the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that it was due to inadvertence that the said aspect was not dealt with, we dispose of this petition as withdrawn as per the request of the Petitioner to file a fresh petition.
