This application is filed by the original complainant for intervention in MECR No. 11 of 2014 dated 08th December, 2010 registered with Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai under sections 405, 406, 408, 416, 417, 418, 420, 425, 426, 464, 465, 468, 469, 471, 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the said application and interest of justice I am inclined to allow the said application.

The applicant in the application no ABA/609/2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
