None for the petitioner. Heard Ms. Naira Jeejeebhoy, learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 3.

Ms. Jeejeebhoy submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 13.8.2018, the respondents have handed over possession of the suit premises to the petitioner on 31.8.2018 at 2:00 p.m.. To that effect, praecipe dated 4.9.2018 is filed along with the possession receipt dated 31.8.2018 signed by the parties. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

As the respondents have complied with the order dated 20.2.2018 passed by this Court in writ Petition No.1748/1992, I do not find that this is an appropriate case for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents. The notice issued in pursuance of the order dated 6.6.2018 is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
