This Petition is filed by five Petitioners who claim to be employees of Respondent No.1 which conducts Respondent No.2college. The grievance is regarding non-payment of their salary and arrears. This Writ Petition is filed on 26 April 2019. It seeks to question the order passed in Contempt Petition by this Court. After filing the Petition has remained pending without it being circulated and it has come up in regular course. None appears for the Petitioners perhaps because cause does not survives. In any case, the Petitioners highlight the situation in 2019.
