Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on this application for bail during the pendency of appeal. The earlier charge against the applicant along with other co-accused was punishable u/s 307 r/w 34 of IPC. Only the present applicantoriginal accused No. 1 was convicted for the offence punishable u/s 308 of IPC and others were acquitted of all the charges. During the trial, the applicant was on bail.
