When this matter was placed before us, Mr.Rao learned advocate appearing for the Panvel Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that the notices, copies of which are at exhibits 'C' and 'E' at pages 18 and 22 of the paper book would be withdrawn by the said Municipal Corporation and they would adopt appropriate proceedings for widening of the road. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in the light of this statement which is accepted as an undertaking given to this court.
