In view of this and the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2013, this Court deems it fit to request the learned trial court to decide the suit pending before it expeditiously and as far as possible within six months from the receipt of this order. The present appeal from order stands disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also disposed of.
