The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that in all these Petitions the main suit itself has been disposed of and therefore the reliefs in these Petitions have been rendered infructuous.

On the basis of aforesaid, these three Petitions are disposed of as infructuous. However, leave in terms of Section 105 of Code of Civil Procedure is granted to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions raised in these Petitions before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
