The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that there were totally three cases that had been filed by the applicant against the respondent no.1, and that all the cases resulted in acquittal. He submits that the applications for leave to Appeal were filed by the respondents in all the three cases, but one such application has already been rejected by this Court (Criminal Application (ALP)No.514/13 decided on 19th January 2015). He submits that there is no distinction between the present case and the said case in which leave to file an Appeal has been refused.
