This is an application for anticipatory bail. The applicants were apprehending arrest in CR No.49 of 2019 registered with Kasarwadavali Police Station, Thane for offence under Section 498A, 406 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for applicants and complainant jointly submitted that the parties have resolved the dispute. Photocopy of consent terms tendered before the Court of Senior Division, Pune, has been submitted for consideration. Same is taken on record. 3.

It is also submitted that on account of amicable settlement, the petition has been filed before Division Bench of this Court for MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2021.08.12 10:42:50 +0530 quashing the FIR by consent, which is pending. 4.

In view of settlement between parties and considering the fact that it was a matrimonial dispute, this application can be allowed.

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR No.49 of 2019 registered with Kasarvadavali Police Station, Thane, the applicant be released on bail on their executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
