The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 identifies the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the partners of the Respondent No.1.

In view of the filing of the consent terms, the Appellant may apply to decree the Suit in terms of the consent terms. 7.
