Pursuant to order passed by this Court on 20.6.2022, Mr.Anurag Jain-Area Manager is present in the Court and tenders copy of summons dated 10.05.2022, letter dated 19.5.2022 from respondent no.3 to petitioner and communication addressed to GST office in response to

the summons received. Copy thereof has been handed over to Mr. Pathak. At this stage, Smt.Vyas states that letter dated 21.6.2022 has been addressed by the Asst.Commissioner of State Tax to respondent no.3 withdrawing summons dated 10.5.2022. Copy of said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. For ease of reference same is scanned and reproduced hereinbelow.

In view of the above, Mr.Pathak seeks leave of the Court to withdraw petition.
