Heard the applicant appearing in person. In view of the orders passed separately today in Civil Application No.146 of 2015, the respondent is under an obligation to give a clear 15 days advance intimation to the applicant before the minor girls travel outside India.

In view of the said order, it is not necessary to grant any relief in terms of prayer clause (a) which is the only substantive prayer in the application. Accordingly, Civil application is disposed of.
