Heard. The Petitioner has annexed a copy of complaint purportedly addressed to the Inspector In-charge, Thane Police Station, Mumbai of 4 June 2015. Learned APP has raised an objection that the complaint so made by the Petitioner is vague and does not clarify the exact police station, as it includes names of two cities viz. Thane and Mumbai. He submits that the Petitioner has failed to submit the complaint to the appropriate police station officer of the concerned police station.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a proper complaint would be made to the concerned police station of the area.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and same stands disposed of as such.
