Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire compensation amount in the Sessions Court, as awarded by the trial Court and confirmed by the Sessions Court. 2.

In view of the above statement, the applicant's sentence is suspended and applicant is granted bail on the following term :

ORDER

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
