Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and the learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. This writ petition of habeas corpus came to be filed by the Petitioner. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, all the parties, including the child, have appeared before this Court. It appears that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.
