Mr. Sawant, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent-State, having taken instructions from Mr. Ajit Kurhade, Tahasildar, Taluka-Karad, District-Satara, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the impugned order date 23rd May, 2016 passed by the Circle Officer, Saidapur, Taluka-Karad, District-Satara, will be withdrawn and appropriate action against the Petitioner would be taken in accordance with law. The statement is accepted. 2.
