This is an application seeking extension of temporary bail granted to the Applicant vide order dated 15th May 2017. The Applicant was directed to be released on temporary bail for the period between 18th May 2017 and 23rd May 2017 on account of marriage of his daughter. Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the marriage has been solemnized, however, he requires four days more time to settle the marriage expenses incurred by him for the marriage of his daughter.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for extension of time. 4.

However, taking into consideration the grounds made out by the Applicant, we are inclined to grant four days extension to the order of temporary bail granted vide order dated 15th May 2017. 5.

Hence, we pass following order :

ORDER

(a) The temporary bail granted to the Applicant vide order dated 15th May 2017 is extended for a further period of four days, that is till 5 p.m. of 27th April 2017;

(b) The Applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities before 5.00 p.m. on 27th May 2017;
