A letter is received from prisoner - Ranjit Vijaysingh Prajapati, who is housed in Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. By the letter dated 13th April, 2017, addressed to this Court, he has made a request to transfer him to Hazaribaug Jail.

Mr.Saste, learned APP, invites our attention to the letter dated 5th June, 2019, addressed to him. The said letter is taken on record. The said letter discloses that the prisoner has already been transferred to Hazaribaug Jail in Jharkhand on 26th August, 2017. 3.

In view of the said position, we dispose of the said writ petition.
