After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody since 2016, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The prosecutrix was allegedly 15 years at the time of the incident. Her evidence also needs to be recorded at the earliest. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
