The Petitioners have filed this petition for quashing of the FIR filed by Respondent No.2 under Section 406, 420 read with 34 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2021.12.23 18:23:19 +0530 states that the dispute is resolved and the Respondent No.2 is ready to give consent for quashing. The offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC are compoundable.

Now that the charge-sheet has been filed, the Petitioners and the Respondent No.2 can approach the concerned Court for compounding, it is not necessary to entertain the petition. We take 1 / 2
